DESCRIPTION
This product is a yellow clear liquid.
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION
Pharmacodynamics mainly affects gram positive bacteria and some Gram negative bacteria. The susceptible bacteria has the Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniaw, Corynebacterium pyogenes and so on. To mycoplasma is specially effectively, is one of strongest medicines in macrolides antibiotics which possed anti-mycoplasmatic affects.
INDICATION
Antibiotics. Mainly uses in to prevent and control the disease caused by mycoplasma in pig and birds. Such as pig’s asthma, chicken’s chronic respiratory disease (CRD), the infectious rhinitis and Mycoplasma hyorhinis, Mycoplasmose. Also uses in to treat the cattle’s mastitis, pneumonia, transportation fever, necrotic pododermatitis, as well as swine’s infectious pleuropneumonia, atrophic rhinitis and pig’s dysentery.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Intramuscular injection: each 1 kg body weight : cattle, swine, 5-13 mg, 2 times daily.
Poultry, 25 mg, one time a day, continuously uses for 5 days.
INTERACTIONS
1, Tylosin has antagonism with chloramphenicol and lincomycin, not suitably simultaneously combine uses.
2, When B-lactam class medicines combine with tylosin, because tylosin interfere the bacteridal action of B- lactam class medicines, so that, only if select the rapidly bactericidal action for cure, not suitably simultaneously combine uses.
SIDE EFFECTS
Occasionally for swine appears rectum dropsy and red spot of skin, itches and so on.
PRECAUTION
1, If tylosin meet iron, copper, aluminum, tin etc. ions may form the complex, then reduce their activity.
2, Should not be use for milk cow; If the equine animal injects tylosin is easy to death, shouldn’t be use.
