Main Operation

v The machine can be fixed on the wooden frame, iron frame or cement and other machine base, can also be installed on the tractor motor tricycle, but must be firmly fixed to ensure the safety of operation.

v During the installation of the crusher and the motor, the two axes must be parallel, and the outer end faces of the two pulley must be on one plane. The motor should be installed with adjustment gaps, and the belt should be adjusted properly, not too loose or too tight.

v For powder receiving device, a material bag with a diameter of 0.5m and a length of 3m shall be sewn. When the appropriate materials are received, the powder shall be immediately produced for continuous operation.

v The installation of wind turbine housing can adopt three kinds of assembling methods according to different conditions.A, the air outlet is vertical upward. B, the air outlet is rotated 90 degrees C, the outlet is vertically downward

v Check whether the bearing grease is hardened and metamorphic. If it is hardened and metamorphic, clean it with clean oil and replace it with a new calcium-base grease.

v And check whether the bolts are loose.

v After installation, check whether there are foreign bodies in the machine, whether the cotter pin on the pin shaft is reliable, cover the cover and tighten the hand wheel, turn the belt pulley by hand, the rotation should be flexible, no friction or collision phenomenon, and check whether the power machine steering is correct.

v After installation, idle test should be carried out to observe the correctness of installation.
