Q : What is your MOQ?
A : Different designs ,different MOQ .
1)For the genuine leather Bags : MOQ is 100 pieces per color per style ;
2) For the PU leather bags : MOQ is 300 pieces per color per style ;
3) For the small leather accessories :MOQ is from 300pieces-500pieces .
Q: Could you make my own designs?
A: We are a professional leather products factory and offering the OEM and ODM service for 18 years . So both of your designs andour designs with your logo are acceptable .
If you are going to make your own designs , please send us the drawing , the techpack or the picture to show what you want .We would like to send you the quotation for reference at firstly . 98% customers place the sample order after getting the quotations .
And 93% customers will place bulk order after getting the sample .
Q: Can I have my own logo on the leather handbag?
A: Yes, we warmly welcome your own logo, the logo can stamp, laser and engrave, etc.
Q: What is the sample cost?
A: The sample cost is different for our designs and your designs . Also ,different designs , the sample cost is different too. And , the sample cost will be returned when place the bulk order .
Please contact with our sales team to get the quotation .
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Q: What is the sample time and the lead time for the bulk order?
A: For the Sample :
1) If Gionar's designs : The Sample time is 5-7 working days ;
2) If customer's designs : The Sample time is 10-15 working days .
Some customers will ask why the sample time is longer if their own designs ?
It is included 3 parts :
1st Part is the Paper mold (See the Picture A ) ;
2nd Part is the rough Sample (See the Picture B ) , this is just for checking the design and the structure，not the final sample ;
3rd Part is the final sample （See the picture C ) , this sample will be made after comfirming the rough sample .
So the total will takes about 10-15 days.
Q: Can your factory deliver on time?
A: Yes, believe we can.

4)Gionar start to make the sample ;
5)Gionar send you the picture of the sample before shipment ;
6)Ship the sample to you .
