What is ultrasonic plastic welding?
The basic principle of ultrasonic plastic welding is to use the welding die high speed vibration of above 15kHz per second, in the role of mechanical vibration spread to two workpieces surface, instantly generate friction heat, so that the plastic interface melt rapidly. When the vibration stop, the plastic parts complete the welding work under the pressure before solidification.
Due to the application of this technology can be used to replace the glue, adhesive, fasteners, or other mechanical fixation method in traditional production, so as to improve production efficiency and quality, and reduce cost, therefore widely used in the production of plastic industry, such as automotive industry, electrical accessories, computer supplies, telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry, household products, toy industry, medical equipment industry, daily necessities, etc.
Ultrasonic welding features
A. Can weld thermal plasticity except Teflon plastic;
B. With short welding time range from 0.01-9.99s generally;
C. Weld on joint surface via media such as water, oil;
D. Can reach airtight and fluid sealing effect;
E. Can weld directly with the conduction welding;
F. Owing to the different plastic material and not all materials of ultrasonic vibration, the welding plastic only choose suitable vibration surface for heating. Therefore there is no scars on the product surface concerned, that is the conduction welding characteristics. When welding with a hard plastic quality, can give play to more welding effect;
G. Ultrasonic welding will not produce such as toxicity of chemicals, so it is a safe welding process;
H. Do not need to add any glue, and with simple and easy vibration.

Features
1. The working stroke is 20~100mm, no need to adjust the height of the press.
2. Before the machine head is pressed down, there is a 6mm design safety switch to prevent crushing of the operator, and 20mm is equipped with a descending buffer.
3. Using Ø40mm double-acting cylinder, the height of the press can be adjusted to 170mm, and the down pressure is 745N when the air pressure is 6bar.
4. The enclosing dovetail groove has a locking structure, which greatly reduces the defects of the welding head's downward pressure and backward elevation and the downward pressure/recovery mechanical offset defects.
5. The panel displays the working stroke of 0~100mm, and has micro-modulation, 1mm per circle, the precision is up to 0.01mm, and the scale display is convenient for adjustment.
6. The transducer connection mode can be rotated 360 degrees, and it is easy to remove and install. The protective cover can be fixed with only one screw.
7. There is no need to adjust the level every time to replace the welding head, because the level is adjusted on the base, and the bottom mold is also fixed on the base. There is no need to pad copper to adjust the level.
8. When the amplifier is installed, no rubber gasket is needed, so the pressing work will not shake or shift, suitable for 3D curved surface welding.
9. Adopt 900W transducer for 900W generator, built-in air cooling transducer.
10. The four-point bottom adjustment level design with scale makes it easy to calibrate the model.
11. The horizontal plate made of special steel is stable and anti-deformation. T-slot design, convenient for mold change/adjustment.
