(1)Type 1:  Naturally drying way

If the sun in your country is strong,and the egg tray machine capacity is small,can choose naturally drying

(2)Type 2: Brick drying Oven

If egg tray machine capacity is bigger, and factory place is enough big,you can choose brick drying.

(3)Type 3: Metal drying Oven

If egg tray capacity is bigger,you do not want to build brick by yourself either,you can choose metal drying oven.

It is easy to install by customer yourself instead of our factory engineer to install.It not only can save more anual installation cost,but aslo can shorten install time to make machine produce soon.Meanwhile it can save more space than brick dryer oven based the same capacity machine.

PART 05.FINISHED TRAY CARTON PRODUCT OF MACHINE

The final product of egg tray machine can be different,it is up to the mould.It it normal the 30 holes egg tray ,also can do the egg carton/box.For other paper tray,such as fruit tray,wine tray,cup tray,electric product inner package tray,small machine packing tray etc.,it also can be done. 

If you want to final product egg carton/box,it needs egg carton box mould to do.When the egg carton is done by egg tray forming machine,then need use hot press machine to trim.There are these carton boxes:6 cell,8 cell,

10 cell,12 cell,15 cell,18 cell,20 cell,24 cell egg carotn/box and so on.
