Q: What makes you competitive in the industry of kitchen appliance?
A: We have been manufacturing the kitchen appliance more than 20 years, and specialized in built-in hobs only. We can provide more than 2000 models of built-in gas hob, built-in induction hob, built-in ceramic hob, built-in combined gas & electric hobs, and built-in electric oven for selection. You can meet all your needs of built-in hobs in one mixed order.
Furthermore, we have a strong R&D team to support any customized design on built-in hobs and built-in oven.

Q: Can l get Free Samples for test?
A: Surely, we can offer FREE SAMPLES for your evaluation, but we will collect the sample cost first, and then return the related cost in your trial order.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally, Our MOQ is 200pcs/model; For trial order, container order can be mixed with several models in 50~100pcs/model.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Generally, we have two standard payment terms for choice:
1) 30% TT as deposit in advance before production, 70% TT as balance before shipment;
2) 100% payment by irrevocable L/C at sight.
The better payment term can be negotiated when the annual sales volume could reach USD200,000.

Q: What's your lead time?
A: 7~10 days for the sample order; 40~45 days for the trial order; and 35~40 days for the repeat order.

Q: What's the product warranty?
A: All our products must pass inspection before shipment The warranty period of the finished product is 1 year, 1% quick-wear spare parts provided along with container order. We can provide components for maintenance at any time.
