1. Characteristics
AKD
neutral sizing agent JM-150 is one of the reactive sizing agent, based on Alkyl
Ketene Dimer (AKD). It is mainly used in pulp sizing. Paper can be endowed with
predominant capability of water resistance, and the ability of brim soaking
resistance. It has been widely used in producing various kind of paper, such as
art base paper, double colloid paper, noncarbon paper, milk wrapping paper,
stamp base paper, napkin, etc.

3. Usage
Pulp application:The
suggested addition amount is 0.1%-0.2% (relative to dry
pulp) for
normal sizing, 0.3%-0.4% for heavy sizing. The pH value of
slurry should be controlled at 6.7-8.5, and the temperature of slurry is at
37-45℃.
Generally,
the product can be directly add to the pulp in front of the
feeding pump or behind the pressure screen, or add after
diluted.
