1 ton hoist overviews, two models :
- 1 ton suspended type electric chain hoist with hook ( AMEH01-01)
- 1 ton hoist with motorized trolley (AMEH01-01&AMET-01)
Product Structure Features :
1. small compact size , using Aluminm alloy hoist housing , make hoist much lighter weight but hardness .
2. Especially new design of motor housing with radiator , easy for heat dissipation , be helpful for electric chain hoist long life span .
3. Motor protection : with overheating protector .
4. Brake system : side magnetic brake system , can effectively make the hoist stop working once power off , ensure the electric chain hoist safety .
5. Hoisting height limiter : ALLMAN electric chain hoists are all equipped with hoisting limiter , to protect the chain from exceeding when reach the lower or upper limit position , so as not to break the hoist .
6. Phase sequence protection relay : when the power supply wires are wrongly connection , the hoist won't work . It prevent the motor broken because of the wrong power connection .
7. Contactors : using world famous brand Schneider contactor , quality is very good , can bear frequently use .
8. Loading chain : G80 Chinese chain or FEC Japan Chain .
9. Hooks : high strength hot heated forged hooks , hardness and toughness , won't break even some rated overload . Hooks are installed with safety latch to ensure the safety .
