Alu-Zinc-Magnesium product steel coils

SUPER M (Aluminum Zinc-Magnesium)

Contents: 55% Al-42.5%Zn-1.0% Mg

Application: Bare SUPER M coils exported to EU, SUPER M as substrate of Prepainted coils replace GL for roofing/wall etc.

Introduction:

SUPER M has super corrosion resistance property, can replace GL by 30% coating reduction (ex. SUPER M 100g/m2 replace AZ150g/m2) even better.

Products with Magnesium element gradually formed 3 kinds of componet system of " Low-Al (Al＜5%), "Medium-Al (5%＜Al＜13%)”, "High-Al (47% ＜Al＜57%)”.

Corrosion resistance property:

PRPT conducted SUPER M and PREPAINTED SUPER M corrosion resistance testing in our Lab. The performance of SUPER M is obviously better than Aluzinc (GL), even 3-7 times.
