Q1: How many products do you have?

A: -- We have more than 300 products in our shop, all of which are different in material grade, color, length, width, thickness and use. The products made of aluminum alloy are very diverse, and we mainly use them in the manufacture of indoor and outdoor aluminum fence. Window and window bath partition, ceramic tile edge trim strip, carpet trim and aluminum alloy ladder used in various fields. More can be customized according to your needs.

Q2: What is your sample supply policy?

A: If available in stock, we can provide samples, but the sample fee and Courier fee will be paid by the customer. (No initial sample fee will be charged for subsequent orders that meet our bulk order requirements.) We are more than happy to provide samples to the customer for testing and quality inspection.

Q3: Can you produce according to the sample? What about the lead time of the sample?

A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can make the molds. The sample time is expected to take 3-7 days.

Q4: What are your packing conditions? Can we use our own logo or company name on the product or packaging?

A1: Generally speaking, we will first use transparent shrink film for individual packaging of products - each piece into customized cartons - according to the number of cartons and put enough desiccant - packaging the surface of the cartons with moisture-proof film - wooden strip bearing frame packaging.

A2: If you have a legally registered patent, we can print your brand sticker on the box via email or TM after receiving your work and detailed requirements. Please inform us formally before we produce and confirm the design according to our sample first.

Q5: What are your terms of payment?

A: 30% in advance by T/T and 70% balance before shipment.

Q6: What are your terms of delivery?

A: exw, fob, cif

Q7: What's your lead time?

A: Usually 10 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the type and quantity of your order.

Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long will it take to arrive?

1. For samples, we usually ship them through DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, which usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.

2. For small quantities, LCL or airlines are optional.

3. For normal quantity, we will give it to the forwarder company for mixed containers in Foshan.
