Auomatic spraying machine
The machine is composed of body sheet metal frame, conveying, air pumping system, spray gun system, oil road system and auxiliary conveying system。
：Sheet metal framework：
※Used to support the whole machine, the whole frame is made of 3 mm sheet meta。
Conveyor system：
※It is mainly composed of aluminum frame, conveyor wheel and belt. It is equipped with a pneumatic anti-deflecting wheel and three bottom pressure wheels. The transmission is driven by TKA spiral bevel gear reducer。TKTK
ventilation system：
※It is mainly composed of the air supply filter device on the top of the machine and the air pumping device on both sides of the conveyor. Two external rotor axial flow fans are installed at the bottom, and the bottom draft is filtered by blocking paint, and a 11KW centrifugal high-pressure fan is installed at the bottom。
Spray gun system：
※It consists of servo system and single-axis robot。

※Pneumatic komlin plunger pump system, valve island control, four komlin spray guns。
Auxiliary conveying：
※Feed back and forth roller。
Bottom scraping system
※It consists of two paint scraper wheels, two top lift
cylinders and two sets of scraper and pneumatic diaphragm pumps。
