Automatic HZ-1009 Electrical Furnace Method Petroleum Products Carbon Content Residue Test Apparatus

I.Overview

HZ-1009 carbon residue tester (electric furnace method) is designed and manufactured according to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0170. It is applicable to the heating of vaporized lubricating oil, heavy liquid fuel or other petroleum products by electric furnace under this standard, and the determination of the mass percentage of coke black residue (carbon residue) formed after combustion.

II.Structural Features

HZ-1009 carbon residue measuring device (furnace method) is about the arrangement of the split type instrument, it is mainly composed of heating equipment and control equipment two major parts: heating equipment by metal constant temperature bath, heating furnace, crucible, bath cover, crucible cover and temperature measurement thermocouple, etc., its design is exquisite, self-contained; The control equipment adopts digital temperature control meter to control the temperature of the constant temperature bath. The temperature control range is room temperature -800℃, and the temperature control precision is ±1℃. The digital temperature control table can visually display the set temperature and the actual temperature, and it is easy to set the temperature and correct the temperature difference.
