BOJIN LMI (Load moment indicator) for crawler crane

1. Summary 

BJ-A200 load moment indicatorprovides the crane operator with effective operation informations, which enables the crane to be used effectively in the range of its design parameters. With the aid of a variety of signal sensors, the LMI can provide real-time information about the length of the lifting arm, the angle of the lifting arm, the working height, the working range, the rated lifting weight and the actual lifting weight.

When the crane operation is beyond the allowable range of safety, the LMI will emit sound and light alarm to remind the operator to stop the illegal operation, and send out the control signal of the automatic lock to the dangerous direction movement.

2.Product functions

1.Real-time detect the load weight,boom angle,rated weight and height;

2.Real-time detect the state of height limit switch of the main hook and auxiliary hook;

3.Be able to detect the rotation angle  of the boom relative to the track;

4.Real-time caculate the ratio between the actual load and rated load,to judge whether the crane in a dangerous state;

5.Send out overload control,out of range control,height limit abnormal control signal output.

6.Under special circumstances, the control can be remove;

7.It has the function of data storage in real time, save for a long time, and can be downloaded by USB,generate a format data report.
