Sucralose is a kind of halogenated sucrose derivative, also known as "super sweet sucrose", is a Non-Nutritive Strong Sweetener.

Character

Odorless and hygroscopic, high thermal stability, easily soluble in water, soluble in ethanol and methanol and other organic solvents.
