Product introduction:

In the manufacturing of blast furnace shell, the method of split-making and multi-belt preloading is adopted for on-site installation, so the size and winding radian of each piece of furnace shell must be strictly controlled. Tuyere flange welding, take effective measures to prevent the deformation, the need for annealing treatment after welding, the weld needs to be 100% of ultrasonic flaw detection, satisfies the requirement of NB/Ⅱ T47013.3-2005 level.
