1. What's your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?
- A: Our minimum quota is one, you can also mix the order.
- B: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), our MOQ is normally 50pcs.
2. What's the delivery time?
- A: For items in stock, we will deliver it within 3-5 days after you order and pay.
- B: For custom products, the lead time depends on the product you choose, usually within 30-60 days.
3. What's your payment terms?
- A: For RTS item, You have to pay in full in advance.
- B: For OEM order, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
4. How about your products quality?
- All products will be inspected before shipment. We can also produce according to your requirements.
5. Could I get some samples before make order?
- Yes. Samples can be arranged for you to check about the quality. Please kindly contact us for details.
6. Can I visit your factory?
- Yes, you are always welcome to our factory.
7. How about your waterproof?
- For 5ATM (50 meters water proof watch).
- You can wear it to washing hands/face, washing car, can splash the rain.
