A fine inline high shear mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered  rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers, cutting processing times by up to 80%, improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

Interchangeable Workheads
Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used. there are three stages rotor/stators available.

Materials of Construction
It can be SS304, SS316 and SS316L.

Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens, ABB etc) are available.

Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request, clamp connection as standard.

Sealing
Double face water flushed mechanical shaft seal.

Cleaning
All Inline high shear mixer are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).

Jacket

Water jacket as optional.

Jacket configuration can ensure the material which is easy to be coagulated during feeding to preserve the heat, without coagulation.
