2. High Chrome alloy steel:

2. Mould life is 1.5 times of material D2 and D3
3. Higer thermal fatigue resistanance
4. The wear resistance is 1.2 times stronger than D2 and D3
5. Its hardness is up to HRC62-65
6. The high chrome alloy steel is a high technology product with low production cost

(1)Every gear box will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.
(2)Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure its in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
