Q. How many models of your robot can work with Mig welding equipment?

A. We have at least 10 models of robot can work with Mig welding equipment. Typical model is HY1006A-145 and HY1006A-200.

Q. What is the brand of your welding equipment?

A. For standard configuration: Aotai welding machine and Megmeet welding machine made in China. For other brands, like Panasonic, EWM, Fronis, SF also is compatible .

Q. Do you have applications about robot in ship building field?

A. Yes we have, but a lot of work pieces in ship building have different size, so it is very difficult to spread welding robot widely.

Q. what is the component of the robot you produce your self?

A. Now all the main components of robot are made in China, now JHY company has the capacity to produce reducer and control system which is the most important two parts of robot.

Q. Why JHY robot is so cheap?

A. Good question. As you know our vision is let robot go in every small and medium factory to automate their production. Now the dream is coming true, we can produce the most important two parts which are also most expensive parts. The cost of Reducer is only one third compared other robot manufacturer while control system is only a half.

After sale service

We have dealers almost every country. If a company want to be our qualified dealer, they need at least 20 years experience in automation field. And it is a must need to send at least 2 engineers come to China to have a train. Training duration is about two weeks.

Our dealers need to store consumables for the robot to assure use of robot.
