CNC spring machine ES35-5A

MAX ES35-5A is a 5 axes CNC spring machine. Wire size from 0.5 to 3.5mm. It is a high speed, high accuracy and low cost machine, capable of making tension springs, torsion springs, compression springs and wire forming. It has the feature of wire rotation enabling production of complicated springs or wire forming. Equipped with Taiwanese CNC controller and Japanese servo motor/driver, it delivers excellent reliability, preciseness and performance. All mechanical slides and gears are grinded to the highest industrial standard. It can connect with an optional hook station, ideally for making German type extension springs.
