This kit is an integrated test cartridge, and extraction/purification and PCR amplification detection reagents for testing are preinstalled in
the cartridge. The nucleic acid released from the pathogen in the lysate is adsorbed on the magnetic beads, dragged by the magnetic
steel of the instrument, moved into the wash buffer for impurity removal, and finally entered into the reaction solution for RT-PCR
amplification and detection.

The kit uses rTth DNA polymerase, which has both reverse transcription and PCR amplification activities, and has high heat resistance.
The RT-PCR detection uses a one-step method, and uses the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) conserved sequence of S and N gene as
target sequences, combined with TaqMan probe, to carry out the FAM and ROX dual fluorescence channel to detect S and N gene.

As same time, it sets Cy5 as a non-competitive internal control for full quality control of the test.

The kit is used to qualitatively detect the S gene and N gene of the new coronavirus from the suspected cases of pneumonitis, patients with suspected clustering cases, and other kinds of pharyngeal swabs and sputum samples from patients undergoing diagnosis or differential diagnosis of new coronavirus infection. The samples could be the throat swab, sputum, alveolar lavage fluid or stool.
