2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: We have to receive your payment for samples generally as well as the shipping charges and then send samples to you. We will reduce the cost of sample after our customer confirmed the order. but if you are our old customer ,we can send the sample to you first and debit your account in the next transaction.
3.Q: How to do OEM order?
A: After communication, both buyer and vendor make agreement on product details, packaging, purchasing quantity, unit price, delivery terms and terms of payment.

4.Q: What is your payments terms?
A: For samples: small qty orders or urgent orders, can be optional with PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGam, Escrow at the buyer convenience, 100% payment before delivery; For mass orders: 30% by T/T as deposit, and the balance before the delivery.
5.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample: normally 3-5 working days after receiving your 100% payment. For mass orders: 15-35 working days after receiving your deposit.
