Ceramic Abrasive

Sol-gel Abrasives is a sintered abrasive made by sol-gel method with special alumina as the main raw material and various modified components. Each individual ceramic abrasive has a very small grain size of only 100-300 um, which is a few percent of the crystal size of ordinary corundum abrasive grains. Sol-gel Abrasives can be applied to solid abrasives and coated abrasives. The abrasives are used in a wide range of applications, from casting to grinding under high pressure conditions, to fine grinding of a wide range of materials including gear grinding, bearing grinding, crank grinding, roll grinding and more.
