Coaxial type permanent magnetic coupling & Disc type permanent magnetic coupling

The permanent magnet coupling does not require direct mechanical connection, but utilizes the interaction between rare earth permanent magnets, utilizing the magnetic field to penetrate a certain spatial distance and the characteristics of material materials to transmit mechanical energy. The emergence of magnetic couplings has completely solved the leakage problem of dynamic seals in certain mechanical devices. Disc type permanent magnetic coupling is a new field of electromagnetic application. Compared with other mechanical couplings, it has the advantages of convenient disassembly and installation, shock noise reduction, overload protection, etc. It is suitable for transmission machinery with frequent reversing start-stop and leak-free transmission, especially for vertical pumping unit with motor reversing.
