Coco peat is created from coco coir, which in simple terms is the layer of pith that surrounds the husk of a coconut. These pellets made from coconut fiber are a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to peat pots and pellets. Compared to other pellets coco fiber has a lower incidence of molding, faster water absorption and retention resulting in less watering.
