Fully premixed condensing wall-hung boiler is a general term for wall-hung boilers that adopt full premixed combustion and high-calorific value condensing technology.
Firstly, the condensing furnace adopts the full premixed combustion technology, which means that the gas and air are mixed and burned in the best proportion to improve its thermal efficiency. Secondly, the condensing furnace adopts the most advanced condensing technology to recycle the waste heat in the flue gas.
The flue gas temperature can be as low as about 40℃, and the latent heat of vaporization in the flue gas can be fully absorbed and utilized.
Because of this, the thermal efficiency of the condensing furnace can be greater than 100%, up to 109%.
Due to the more complete combustion of the fully premixed condensing furnace during the combustion process, the condensing wall-hung boiler has lower energy consumption and better environmental protection indicators.
