TECHNICAL INDICATORS

  1. Radial runout：the radial circular run out shall not be greater than the defined value in Table 1 below.

  2. Axial channeling：Under the axial load of 500N， the axial channeling momentum of the roller shaft is less than 1.2mm.

  3. Rotating resistance：when the roller is under the pressure of 250N and the outer velocity is 2.0m/s， its rotating resistance is less than the defined value in Table 2.

  4. Drop strength：after the horizontal and vertical drop test of the roller， all parts and welds are free from damage and detachment， the axial displacement of the roller is no more than 1.2mm， and the tube body and bearing seat of the roller are not loose.

  At the same time， after the drop test， the rotating resistance is less than 1.5 times of the value specified in Table 2 below.

  5. Axial load：after applying the axial load specified in Table 3 to the roller, there is no disconnection between the roller shaft (including bearing seat and sealing device) and the roller tube body.

  6. Immersion sealing performance：the roller in the water to 1450r/min rotation speed after 24 hours， the water intake is not more than 150g.

  7. Water sealing performance：the roller with 1450r/min speed after 120h operation, the water intake is not more than 250g.

  8. Service life：life is not less than 20000 hours.

  9. Buffer roller in the apron: its safety performance inline with the MT113 relevant provisions.
