Product Description
Copper paste through hole (CPTH) technology is the most cost efficient method of building double sided (DS). A special copper paste is screen printed to holes in PCB to establish electric connection between two layers. For the high volume applications without ball grid array components, CPTH is recommended. Our CPTH line's capacity is 65,000 square meters per month. CPTH capacity can be easily transformed to STH capacity. Furthermore, the cost of using this type of process will also be reduced.
