Mark: T2(conductive), T2 ( Similar with Cu-FRHC, C11000 or C1100), T3 ( Similar with Cu-FRTP or C21700), H62 ( Similar with CuZn40, C28000 or C2800), H65 ( Similar with CuZn35, C27000 or C2700), H90 ( Similar with CuZn10, C22000 or C2200), etc. 3. Softness: M, Y, Y1, Y2, Y4, TY. 4. Size: 4.1. thickness 0.1-4.0mm, width≤600mm; 4.2. thickness 0.25-3.0mm, 600mm＜width＜1000mm; 4.3. thickness 0.4-1.5mm(copper door strip), width 1000mm. 5. Application: 5.1. T2(conductive) has good conduction, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and machining properties. 5.2. T2, T3 have excellent corrosion resistance and processing properties. They are commonly used as normal copper products such as electrical switches, pad, nail, oil pipe and other pipe. The similar mark in the National Standard are Cu-FRHC and Cu-FRTP. 5.3. TP1, TP2 have better welding, cold bending performance. They can be used in a reducing environment, more used to make all kinds of pipes, condenser tubes, evaporators, heat exchangers and so on. 5.4. H62, H65 has good mechanical properties, good plasticity in the hot state, good machinability, good weldability and corrosion resistance. It is mostly used in various force parts with deep drawing and bending forces, such as pin, nut, barometer spring, heat dissipation and annular parts, etc. 5.5. H90: Similar to H96 properties, it has a slightly higher strength. It can be plated with metal and mainly used in various water supply and drainage pipes, bimetallic plates and medals, artwork, etc. 5.6. H96 has low strength, good thermal conductivity and good conductivity.
