The appearance of Copper Tri-Ply cookware will change under normal cooking temperatures as exposure to heat, air and humidity changes the appearance of copper to a deeper orange. It is normal for copper to develop purple or blue streaks. If you prefer to restore the original bright appearance, we recommend to use a suitable copper cleaner.
High Temperatures
Very high temperatures could cause bronze or blue tints on the surface of the pan. Always bring cookware up to cooking temperature slowly. Cook using the lowest heat possible.
