Q: What the MOQ for the Wader?
A: We have stock for many of the fishing wader, with a minimum order quantity of 1. Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) varies depending on the color of the material and the style of the boots. Typically, our MOQ are 100, 300, 500,and 1000 pieces. please email us for specific details.
Q: Are samples available? If so, what is the lead time for samples?
A: Yes, we offer samples for customers to check before placing a bulk order. The production of samples takes approximately 5 working days, and we will ship them via express courier services, such as Fedex, TNT, or DHL. If you have your own freight forwarder or any international express account that can be billed, we can directly order the shipment according to your requirements.
Q: Is there a warranty for the products?
A: Prior to shipping, we conduct an inspection to ensure the quality of the products. We provide a one-year warranty period, during which we will freely maintain or replace any product with faults caused by non-artificial reasons.
Q: How long does it take to produce the fishing wader?
A: Typically, the production process takes around 30 workdays. However, if there are holidays or the order quantity is too large,it may take longer.(For orders of less than 1000 pieces, we will finish the goods within 30 working days after receiving the deposit and sample confirmation. For 5000 pieces, it will take 45 working days, and for 8000 pieces, it will take 50 working days.)
