A: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
3.Q:How can I know which pallet suits my use ?
A:All you need is give below details and our sales team will propose suitable models ,
a) Pallet size Length *Width *height.
b) Pallet usage stackable pallet, rackable pallet, flooring use pallet, export use pallet.
c) Pallet load capacity dynamic load, static load, racking load accordingly.
4. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and design.
5. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
6.Q:Whats' your payment terms?
A:In general, T/T is the most used by our customer. Surely, we can also accept L/C, Paypal, West Union or others accoridng to specific requirements.
7. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge the cost of the sample but after, when we receive the order, we discount the price of one product from the sub total..
8. Q: How could I install the racks?
A: We provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf.
9.Q:Can you make our color or logo pallet? How many pallet do we need to order?
A:We can help you to customize color or logo if you give us Pantone number. MOQ:1000PCS.
10. Q: Any other service you can provide?
A: Logo printing; customized color; three years warranty.
