REMARK | 1)The specific dosage depends on the type of fabric and the degree of darkening required
2) In order to achieve the optimal darkening effect and the stability of the processing bath, the pH value of the processing bath should be maintained around 5.0 ~ 6.0. The change of the pH value of the processing bath will affect the darkening effect
3) Suggestions for exhaustion process: water inflow → testing and adjustment of pH → cloth wetting (start-up and operation for about 3min) → add non-ionic penetrant (summer) 0.2 ~ 0.3g/L → start-up and operation for 3 ~ 5min → add pre-diluted darkening emulsion → operation for 20 ~ 30min → version check → liquid drainage → dehydration and drying |
