-We have a free sample collection rule. The sample fee will be refunded if the store purchases over $1,000 within 15 days after the sample is taken, which is equivalent to free sample collection.
Q6.Your products are not shipping yet?
The factory is small in profit but quick in sales, so the goods are not packaged (not paid), in order to avoid disguised charges due to payment on delivery in logistics.The factory will first verify the freight with logistics, and then charge the customer for the postage before shipping.
Q7.How many days will samples be finished?And how about the mass production?
-Usually,7-10days for sample making
