1.     Infinitely close to pure solid wood flooring, with beautiful looking

Pure tropical rainforest timber is used for this Engineered Hardwood Flooring as core, and heavier than the multi-layer engineered wood flooring which using pine plywood, poplar，and Eucalyptus as core. Weight it in your hands, you will feel it very heavy.

The profiles are with pure solid wood structure, which is different from tand way much better than that rough and laminated profiling structure of three-layer and multi-layer engineered products.

The top veneer, hardwood core and backer veneer works seamlessly, the customers won’t feel that it is structured with three layers, which looks exactly like pure solid wood product. The value of this product is profoundly enhanced.

2.     Excellent stable performance

This product is even much more stable than solid wood flooring. The stable performance comes from four aspects.

The Tropical rainforest timber used is much more stable than Oak ore other hardwood when it comes to bending, warping and cracking problems.

The hardwood core which spliced in width direction and finger jointed in length direction is more stable than the entire piece of hardwood in same size.

TECLIC’s patented technology ensures that the top surface and backer are water-proofed in every level to protect moisture from affecting the stability.

The four-side profiles are closed.

These qualities ensure that this product has excellent stability, humidity-resistant, and resistance to dry, preventing from warping and cracking.

3.     Outstanding physical performance

All physical performance is much better that of solid wood flooring and engineered wood flooring which follow national standards, including humidity-resistant dimensional stability(0.3, better than national standard,0.8), heat-resistant dimensional stability(0.6, better than national standard, 1.5); Surface humidity-and- heat resistant performance; resistance to cracking; resistance to hot and cold cycles.

4. Click system

The selected tropical rainforest timber is durable, dense, and strong structure, which is same as high-quality pure solid wood flooring, the click system is stronger than that od multi-layer products.

5. Eco-friendly

Heavy metals were not detected. The result is much better than national standards as Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg ≤20mg/kgde1.

Formaldehyde emission is superior to the requirement of Formaldehyde-free in China

The test result is 0.007-0.009 mg/m³, the detection limit is 0.006 mg/m³, which is way much lower than Formaldehyde-free standard in China

In m³chamber test method, the E1 standard is 0.124mg/m³, and Formaldehyde-free is 0.03mg/m³).

6.     High surface hardness

The surface hardness is very high. TECLIC’s unique patented technology largely improves the surface hardness of this product, which is impact-resistant, and dents are easy to come out. The hardness is higher than that of three-layer and multi-layer products. It is the best solution for offices, shopping malls, kindergartens and living spaces.

High coating hardness. The coating hardness reaches to 3H, higher than national standard as 1H.

7. Ultra abrasion-resistant

With patented technology treatment for the top layer, the abradability of the wood is largely improved. By using ultra abrasion-resistant coating, the taber abrasion of finish layer reaches to 0.06 (national stantard≤0.12).

8.   Long service life

With similar structure as pure solid wood flooring, the service life is longer than mulit-layer products which uses plywood as core, and is the same as solid wood flooring. It is not easy to be worn and sractched.

10.thick thickness

With thickness 18.5mm, it differs from the regular thickess of multi-layer and three-layer products, and thicker than solid wood flooring.

11.Beautiful looking

High-quality Oak and Black Walnut are used as top layer.

The grade of top veneer is AB, which is much higher than solid wood and multi-layer products in same dimensions. The veneer is clean. The pricing of solid wood products in this big dimensions and high grading is very high.
