FM-900 Semi-automatic File Folder Making Machine 
Semi-automatic machine for case making, lining and mounting, suitable for the production of binders, book covers, calendars and other paper over board items. Its user-friendly and compact design, together with the ease of operation and set up, makes this machine suitable for all production requirments.
The machine is composed of:
Sheet Feeder:
-Automatic lifting table.
-Pneumatically controlled feeding head lifts the sheet from the back.
 Gluer:
-Top-surface gluing unit.
-Suitable for hot animal glue and for PVA glue.
-Vacuum transport-belt.
-It allows gluing all kinds of covering materials.
 Boarder Feeder:
-Board is fed by hand.
-Has registerd guides for accurate board positioining.
 Wrapper:
-It turns in the four sides of the wrapping material.
-Automatically tucks the corners with an innovative precision device.
-High power nip-roller pressing unit.
-Ensures high and constant quality unit.
 Delivery Tray:
-It allows non-stop unloading.

Reception room.In order to welcome customers, our company has set up a special reception room. The company has set up multimedia software in the reception room, which can better display some video files for customers. In addition, there are exquisite products made by the company in the display cabinet, which can make customers feel the quality of our products more intuitively. Moreover, the company provides water, tea, coffee, red wine and other drinks, so that customers can chat in a comfortable and pleasant environment.
INSPECTION PROCESS.The production manager sends special personnel to inspect the production site from time to time,
and regularly organizes technical personnel as well as team leaders to conduct spot inspections
and make records in the workshop on a weekly basis. These performance is linked to the bonus
assessment of each team at the end of the month.
Before the shippment, machine will be wrapped in plastic to prevent scraches during transportation and desiccant will be put in the wooden case to protect the machine from moisture.
The machine and the wooden case are fixed together to prevent damage to the machine during carrying.
