FR-4 Epoxy glass cloth laminate

FR-4 epoxy glass clothlaminate is a kind of laminate with epoxy resin as adhesive and electronic grade glass cloth as reinforcing material. Its bonding sheet and inner core thin copper clad laminate are important base materials for making multi-layer printed circuit boards. The mechanical properties, dimensional stability, impact resistance and moisture resistance of epoxy glass clothlaminates are higher than those of paper laminates. It has excellent electrical performance, high operating temperature, and its performance is less affected by the environment. In terms of processing technology, it has great advantages over other resin glass clothlaminates.
