A: For bespoke print, AI or PDF file is requested. Then we will create visual for your approval before sampling. Mass production will be proceeded after physical PP samples are approved.

Q: Who will buy the insurance for the goods?

A: It depends on what trade terms you choose.

A:  1pc. For the small order, we suggest customer to use alibaba trade assurance. It's safe and easy.

Q: What's the delivery time?

A: Normally, it takes us 15-45 days for an order over our MOQ qty after you confirm the order and got your  30% deposit.
