Processing Flow:
Peeling ---Grinding---Filter---Stogare Tank---Mixer--Homogeneous----Storage Tank--- Sterilize --- Filling
1. Peel the almonds: soak the almonds in hot water at 90°C for 5 minutes. The almond skin can be easily rubbed off. The texture of the almonds after peeling is hard and not easily damaged.
2. Grinding: During the grinding process, the temperature will rise and air bubbles will be generated. After grinding several times, the almond milk is more delicate.
3. Rotary vibrating sieve: Use a rotary vibrating sieve to separate the pulp residue to ensure the smooth taste of almond milk.
4. Jacketed mixing tank: the main function is heating, it needs to be heated to 70-80 degrees before homogenization, and flavoring can also be added.
5. Homogenizer: The filtered almond pulp is refrigerated and allowed to stand for 16 hours. To maintain stability, homogenize and add emulsifiers.
6. Sterilizer: It can effectively preserve the active ingredients in almond milk and ensure the taste of almond milk.
