The filter cartridge of the filter element adopts the folded form to arrange the filter material, and the ratio of the filter area to the volume it occupies is 30-40 times that of the traditional filter bag, reaching 300m2/m3. The use of filter cartridges can make the dust collector more compact and greatly reduce the footprint and space of the dust collector.

 Good energy saving and long service life of filter media

Because of the high density of filter material, the filter cartridge type dust collector can have a large filter area in a small volume, so it can reduce the filtration speed, reduce system resistance, reduce operating costs and save energy. The low filtration rate also reduces destructive scour of the filter media by the airflow, extending the life of the filter cartridge.

 Easy to use and low maintenance

The integral filter cartridge has a better fixing method than the soft traditional filter bag, which is convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance, and can be easily disassembled and assembled by one person, which greatly reduces the maintenance workload.

 The filter cartridge has good regeneration performance

The filter cartridge can be easily regenerated by using pulse, vibration or reverse airflow to clean the dust, and the dust removal effect is good. Cartridge filtration and dust removal technology is a replacement product of bag dust removal and is a filtration technology in the 21st century.
