Oil Nylon .
Nylon + GF30.
It is made of reinforced materials to improve the performance of nylon. Reinforced materials include fiberglass, asbestos fiber, carbon fiber, titanium, etc., mainly fiberglass. It can improve the heat resistance, dimensional stability, rigidity, mechanical properties ( tensile strength and bending strength strength ) of nylon, especially the mechanical properties, and become the engineering plastics with excellent performance. There are two kinds glass fiber reinforced nylon: long fiber reinforced and short fiber reinforced nylon.
Nylon + MOS2.
This nylon is filled with molybdenum disulfide. Compared with ordinary nylon, its rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability are improved, but the impact strength decreased. The crystallization effect of molybdenum disulfide has been improved. The crystallization effect of molybdenum disulphide has improved the crystallization structure, which can improve material load and wear resistance.
Nylon + solid lubricant.
It adopts the formulatioon of patented cast nylon, which contains solid lubricant. The material is self-lubricating, excellent friction, outstanding wear resistance and pressure speed ( 5 times higher than normal cast nylon ). Especially suitable for high speed running, unlubricated moving parts, is the perfect complement of oily nylon
