Description of parts:
Electrical control system:
It uses the global leading motion control technology, and all actions(paper splitting, lifting, turning, pushing paper, lifting of the paper platform) are under flexible curve control and digital control, with smoother, faster, more stable, and simpler whole machine operation.
Pile turning mechanism
It uses a smooth, silent, wear-free, long service life, and high-speed silent track.
The flip and lift servo are locked by an electronic cam, and the flip lift speed can be adjusted as required.
Control part
The control part is a simple human-machine interface. The machine can be started by just inputting the paper size, and pressing the button without using any tools. The equipment adopts motion control technology, so in the case of an abnormal alarm, the machine can be directly started by pressing the button after the abnormal is eliminated. While other equipments have to be reset and returned to zero, causing the main paper mounting machine to shut down and wait due to the complicated procedures.
paper splitting part：
The three-section independent variable frequency speed regulation mechanic can adjust the speed of paper splitting of each section according to the thickness of paper pressed out from the main machine tool, with sufficient time and space to spread the paper into thin piles. Even though the main machine has a high speed, the paper will not pile up in the press machine.
