Egg tray production process:
1.The waste paper (cartons, books, newspapers, etc.) recycled in the market conveying to pulper by chain conveyor,
2.Finished paper pulp use cleaning equipment and screening equipment to remove heavy and light impurities.Impove finished product quality.
3.The pulp concentration is adjusted to 0.5%-1% with water.
4.The prepared pulp is transported to the pulp molding machine, and the pulp is adsorbed on the pulp molding mold by vacuum suction, and dried or air-dried after vacuum dehydration and molding.
