How about your Warranty policy?

We warrant that the Commodity will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when it is used properly and in accordance with the directions of use for the commodity for a period of 12 months counting from the 15th day of arrival at the destination or the date of arrival at the end users premises, whichever comes first.  The remedy for breach of warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective parts only (mechanical and electrical). Consequential damages for breach of warranty where the claimed loss is commercial are excluded.

What after-sales service we can get after purchasing?

In case of any technical assistance needed, the customer can reach us through email/mobile/skype/whatsapp, ect, we promise any technical inquiry will be replied within 24 hours. How about the calibration of our metal detector?

Most of our overseas customers are handling that by our provided standard testing pieces. The customer can use the testing pieces to test the sensitivity of our metal detector regularly(hours/days/weeks/months according to production demand) in order to make sure the metal detector is working reliably at any time. We can also support the customer to conduct calibration through online instruction(skype/whatsapp), and we are able to issue the Calibration Certificate to customer after doing the calibration annually.
