Balanced Throttle Globe Valve
Balanced throttle globe valve is newly developed on the basis of the principle of balanced piston. Based on the conventional globe valve, pressure self-balancing structure is added while the dual seal structure is adopted. Compared to the conventional globe valve, the balanced throttle globe valve provides better performance in aspects of small size, labor saving operation, reliable sealing and high precision.

Features
Newly developed dual seal structure is adopted to ensure a high sealing performance;
Valve seat, valve disc and guide bushing are all subjected to special treatments to enhance surface hardness, erosion resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, aiming at prolonging the service life of the valve;
Symmetrical throttling structure offers less vibration, low noise level and excellent resistance to erosion and corrosion;
Tapered sealing surface facilitates the self-cleaning of dirt from the sealing surface;
Balancing hole coupled with piston seal is outfitted to the valve disc, enabling the torque of valve opening and closing to be minimized while providing a
stable operation under the condition of full differential pressure;
Soft and hard dual seals offer high reliability of sealing performance, tungsten carbide trim is able to achieve better resistance to gas flow erosion damage.
The dual-seal design can guarantee zero leakage in the case of high pressure gas flow, thus providing a longer service life of the valve;
