Product introduction:    

Fiberglass reinforced polymer ( FRP ) tile is a new composite material made of synthetic resin and glass fiber by a certain molding process. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, beauty and convenient installation. The products are mainly used in engineering construction, plant lighting and exterior wall decoration.

Fireproof tile is made of glass fiber and phenolic resin materials with specific shape and size through continuous board production process.

      When burning in the flame, the fireproof tile has the characteristics of smokeless and non-toxic, and its flame retardant grade reaches A2. At the same time, the fireproof board also has excellent aging resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.

Application of fireproof board

      Fireproof sheet is applicable to various types of chemical plants, steel smelters, equipment manufacturers, etc. At present, the phenolic sheet has been applied in batches to Hyundai plants in South Korea, Shougang, Delong Steel and other plant construction projects in China.

     The first batch of fireproof boards was exported and applied to Hyundai plants in South Korea in 2016, and customer feedback has been good since used.

     The fireproof board is mostly tile type, and can also be made into flat plate or other shapes according to customer requirements.
