Q: Do you win AS2047 Standard?

THW: Yes, we win AS2047 standard for our all doors & windows, and also we have AS2208 & UL & EN standard for glass, cause Australia, New Zealand, Canada are  our main markets.

Q: What is your manufacture time?

THW: 30~45 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.

Q: What is your MOQ order?

THW: USD20,000 min for the order value, if under, then we need charge extra USD800 for the color adjusting fee and machine running fee.

Q: Do you accept customized design and size?

THW: Yes, sure. The design and size all are according to customer customized choice.

Q: Do you offer size measurement service or installation service?

THW: Sorry we do not offer size measurement and installation service for small projects, as we are hard to win the working visa.

Q: What's the favorite payment terms?

THW: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
