1. Micro-arc oxidation heat insulation

The piston head adopts micro-arc oxidation technology, which can effectively block the heat conduction of the piston, reduce the working temperature of the piston by 40%, prevent the thermal stress deformation, and improve the life of the whole machine.

2. Wear-resistant PVD coating

An electrochemical reaction is made on the outer working face of the piston ring to produce a diamond-grade wear-resistant coating. The dual PVD process the oil storage capacity and wear resistance of the piston ring improves the engine service life by more than 80%.

3.Heave load clutch

The special clutch designed for the tricycle, using rubber shock absorbing and buffering technology, 7 pieces of widened friction sheet can be upgraded to paper substrate, steel sheet and sleeve embedded in it to reduce the wear of the working surface and greatly improve the bearing capacity of the clutch.

4. Starting motor

Adopting 20CrMo material shaft teeth with 1.0 modulus, integrated carburized heat treatment, matching the enhanced electric starting gear, adding the strength of the gear, to improve the bearing capacity and anti-broken tooth capacity. With 9 ball overrunning clutch to achieve rapidly and powerfully starting, and the engine will be more durable.
