Perfect for rising dough. As the dough rises the basket leaves a spiral imprint. Using a proving basket helps the dough maintain its shape before its final bake and develops flavour and texture.

Care & USE

The product is deemed as HANDWASH only. Wash before first use. After use, upturn the basket gently tapping out and excess flour. A stiff bristle brush can be used to aid the release of any flour or debris that may have worked itself into the grooves. It is advised to repeat these steps before each use. Wash in warm water but do not immerse wood in water for long periods of time.  Dry thoroughly and immediately after washing, patting the basket dry with a towel or paper towels.

Attention

* Do not allow the basket to be stored with damp flour still inside.

* Do not stack the basket and never store your basket in plastic, allow them to breathe.

* Do not use for baking.
