Main Technical Parameter
Working Principle
The machine passes the power onto the two rollers and then put the materials into the roll. When the material enters the junction of the two rollers, the pressure of the roller on the materials reaches the peak. Then materials are pressed into briquettes under the pressure of the two rollers.
Finished Product
These briquettes can be made into round ball shape, oval shape, pillow shape, egg shape, oblate shape, elongated shape, square shape etc. The rollers determine the shape of the finished products, you can choose the roller you want. Of course you can customize the roller according to your expectation.
Production Line
Charcoal briquette making machine requires the raw material size should less than 3 mm and the moisture content is about 12%. Then mix the raw material with binder by mixer. There are powder binder and liquid binder, different binder should use different binder feeder. After mix, the raw material will be send into pellet press machine to press briquettes. If you like low moisture content of final briquettes, we also can provide briquettes dryer.
